Etarsko ulje lavande je odgovorno za sedativno djelovanje lavande. <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Lavanda je biljka koja mo\u017ee da se koristi za neutralisanje gasova i nadutosti.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Upotreba ove biljke se preporu\u010duje kod poreme\u0107aja raspolo\u017eenja, zamora i nesanice.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Dokazano je da je posebno korisna u tretmanu nesanice kod \u017eena nakon poro\u0111aja.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Tako\u0111e, povoljni efekti primjene zabilje\u017eeni su i kod razli\u010ditih digestivnih problema, kao \u0161to su lo\u0161e varenje, gr\u010devi, nadutost. Lavanda se mo\u017ee koristiti i za izradu preparata za lokalnu primjenu, kao \u0161to su preparati za poreme\u0107aje periferne cirkulacije, zato \u0161to se lavanda smatra blagim rubifacijentom.
